1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyAds360 website (www.myads360.net) and the digital marketing services provided by MyAds360 Private Limited ("MyAds360", "we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

MyAds360 provides performance marketing services, including:

• Meta Ads, Google Ads and YouTube Ads campaign management
• Conversion rate optimisation and landing pages
• Social media marketing and ad creatives
• Conversion tracking using Meta Conversion API, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4)
• Marketing automation and AI solutions

The exact scope, deliverables and timelines for each client are set out in the written proposal or agreement shared before work begins. If anything in that proposal differs from these Terms, the proposal applies.

3. Fees & Payment

• Our service plan is billed annually. The current plan fee and any one-time setup fee are stated on our website and in your proposal.
• Each plan covers one ad account and one project unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Advertising spend is separate from our fees and is paid by the client directly to Meta, Google or other platforms.
• Applicable taxes (including GST) are charged in addition to the stated fees.
• Work begins once the agreed payment has been received.

4. Client Responsibilities

To deliver results, we rely on you to:

• Provide timely access to your ad accounts, website, Google Tag Manager, analytics and other required platforms
• Supply accurate business information, project details, pricing and creative approvals
• Ensure your advertised products, projects and claims are lawful and accurate, including any required regulatory approvals (for example, RERA registration for real estate projects)
• Maintain a valid payment method with each advertising platform
• Follow up promptly on leads generated by the campaigns

5. Results & Performance

We apply proven strategies and continuous optimisation to improve your campaign performance. However, advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, market conditions, competition, budget, pricing and your sales follow-up. We therefore do not guarantee any specific number of leads, sales, site visits, admissions, appointments or return on ad spend.

6. Advertising Platform Policies

All campaigns must comply with the policies of Meta, Google and other advertising platforms. These platforms may reject ads, limit delivery or restrict accounts at their own discretion. MyAds360 is not responsible for platform decisions, outages or policy changes, but we will help you resolve such issues where possible.

7. Intellectual Property

• Your logos, brand assets and content remain your property.
• Ad creatives, landing pages and copy created specifically for you become yours once the related fees are paid in full.
• Our internal methods, templates, tools and know-how remain the property of MyAds360.
• We may mention your business name as a client in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information, account access details, lead data and pricing shared during the engagement, and to use it only for the purpose of the services.

9. Termination

Either party may end the engagement by giving written notice. Terms for cancellation, notice period and any refunds are as set out in your signed proposal or agreement. On termination, we will hand back access to your accounts and any completed deliverables that have been paid for.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MyAds360 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the services in the three (3) months before the claim arose.

11. Website Use

Content on this website is provided for general information only. You may not copy, reproduce or misuse any part of this website without our written permission. Your use of personal information submitted through this website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
